@_Qstormrider Yet another way to fuck those younger people who now can't afford homes and will never see this benefit while taking out much needed tax revenue. I'm old(er) and white and am the only class that seems to get rewarded by these policies. Bullshit!
@mattyglesias I agree with others on this thread. Honestly, one of the nicest urban planned communities I've seen. We looked at an apartment there 27 years ago. Couldn't get it but it was great. Feels industrial on outside but combines green spaces, walkways, etc.
@adamheimlich@aripap Ari I'm dying to hear your thoughts. I've been out of the ad tech space for too long but depending on what they paid, I'm kinda shaking my head on this one.
@armano If you had good faith actors maybe. But given realities this is the dumbest take meant to normalize irresponsible and crazy behavior by people who give no shits about the truth and peddle in conspiracy theories. Nice try.
@FitFounder He's also an anti-vax person who spreads conspiracy theories. So yes, processed foods are bad but let's not give this guy a platform to spread his crazy ideologies.
@Jason Question is why the heck would you want to. He's totally unintelligible (watch press conf. the other day), lies, is a convicted felon, tried to incite an insurrection, and is against freedom of choice (health, reproduction, books, etc.). But you'll get a tax break so....
@Jason There is no Trump 2.0. So sick of this tech sector revisionism of the facts around these terrible people bc you want lower taxes and less regulation.
@howard One comment here. Depending on how you define GTM, you have to stay in day-to-day lead gen and sales. I often see if become GTM "strategy." Customer experience and feedback is key to product and GTM.
@elonmusk But your electric, software controlled cars that constantly automatically update are totally infallible, unhackable, and should be trusted to drive themselves?
@3_under_scores_ This isn't necessarily a good thing. Already overcrowding in JC with lack of services and parking. Also probably most are tax abated so the rest of us in JC will pay even higher taxes to support. And I'm not some anti-growth JC person.
