More prep for @TheLondon10K today - 18 days to go! - and received the top from @ParkinsonsUK now too 🙂 It’ll be the day after my Red Belt Tae Kwon-Do grading 🔴🥋
I’ll be running from Piccadilly, up & down Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Temple, Embankment..
…Waterloo Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and finishing near Downing Street 🤩 I did an “easy” (not so easy!) 8km run via my Runna training plan before work today.
Sponsorship link is here (& massive thanks to everyone who’s chipped in so far 🙏🏻)! ➡️ https://t.co/DRqorc1F3J

Hey everyone, hope you're having a great weekend. Just wanted to share that I'll be running The Saucony London 10K for Parkinson's UK on Sunday 13th July - in memory of my mum, Trish ❤️

Focusing on Tae Kwon Do and running has really helped me get through it all. Music has really helped too - I'm still getting awesome promos, hopefully sorting out a few mixes and podcasts (maybe gigs?)...! And it's awesome to work on tracks with my kids too 🙂

Hi everyone, I haven’t really posted up on X for a while - is anyone still on here? I know a chunk of people moved onto other socials. A lot has happened in the last few months…
The Government will encourage the public to switch to heat pumps and electric cars in a push to cut Britain’s greenhouse gas emissions by more than half in just over a decade

The world feels a whole lot more terrifying this morning - especially for any hope of climate action. Right now I feel sick. But I also know we have choices on how to respond - and will try even harder to light candles rather than curse the darkness 🕯️
It took several days to count every ballot in 2020, and it’s very likely we won’t know the outcome tonight either. So please keep a few things in mind as you make your voice heard today:
– Thousands of election workers around the country are working hard today. Respect them. Thank them.
– Don’t share things before checking your sources.
– Let the process run its course. It takes time to count every ballot.
