Time trying to get a refund resolved. Your seller did not send me an item, confirmed that the dispatch had been cancelled but instead of refunding me what I paid £24.37 (£17.51 + £6.86) they have closed the case offering only £17.51. Terrible CS

@ZARA Please answer me this question; do you think it’s reasonable to be aggrieved that I went in to your store to make an exchange within the 30days in your ts&cs. I was told to come back another time as you were too busy. Forced to come back later I’m then told sorry you’re too late!

@ZARA AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES; Kingston Bentalls centre. Went there on the 09/01 to exchange some jeans purchased 15/12/22. The returns queue was over 45mins long. I was told to come back another time by the staff. I went in today and was told bluntly that I can’t return them.

@ZARA Your Customer Care team were completely wooden and unhelpful. Literally ZERO out of ten for customer support. Please remember I am in this situation because one of your stores was understaffed after Christmas & I was told by one of your representatives to return later. Appalling
