@HungLee Not sure if the correlation is there. Ie lots of recruiters got used to billings/salaries of 21/22. So comparable happiness with finances might be down even if hiring is up, as from what I can tell salaries have flatlined and there’s competitive pressure for % fees charged

@HungLee I don't think this is something recruiters are thinking about. They are worried about being replaced by AI, but the bigger short to mid-term threat is the declining trend in overall hiring demand, meaning fewer jobs for recruiters!
