Refund from Dec 12 still missing Refund from Jan 25 still missing. Pre Auth of £100 for fuel, filled up with £48.60 but the full £100 taken from my account. How hard can it be to get this right?? PLEASE HELP

@UpholdInc Seriously!! A refund was processed on 12th Dec by the vendor (checked and verified) and still waiting for it to be back on my uphold card!! Contacted support but no help yet! Please escalate.
