@HM_Passport 7 phone calls - on hold for 3 hours 2 mins and keep getting put through to the same department. Passport office have put the wrong name on my daughters passport (middle name instead of surname) and no one can help. Is the Progress team a real department???

@HMRCcustomers I have recently received my daughters passport but the wrong name has been printed on it. We go away on Friday and have been on hold for 2hours 18 min at the time of typing this. Each time I have been put through to the progress team it goes back to advice team🤷

@SkyOceanRescue Just been on holiday with @TUIUK and was shocked at their plastic use! They gave us a plastic bag for our rubbish which was in a plastic wrap and then plastic knives and forks for a sausage sandwich, these were unused and went in their plastic bin bag anyway!
