Nate Oats said he's met with Aden Holloway in person and talked to him on the phone: "I'm an adult. I've made mistakes. We all have things we'd like to do differently. Now is not the time to ignore a kid you've built a real relationship with. Now is the time he needs more love from the adults in his life at any point."
@PeteThamel For those questioning if Holloway will play. Nate Oats once let Brandon Miller play after providing a weapon that was used in a homicide. Nate Oats will probably run even more action for Holloway on Friday.
Adrik Jenkin, a week after his father & head coach passed away from cancer, scored 33 points in Colfax's 2B State Championship win:
"We're playing for something bigger than basketball... I know he was nervous the entire time watching from up in heaven, but it was great to be able to accomplish that for him."
