@therealBoragoz @TweetsByMarkT I think I'd just go a fixed number of first team games, combined with you can't be nominated if you already have been, and if you're nominated for player of that removes you from young player.

As you say simple is better.

Haaland is nearly 23, has played ~230 first team games, including 67 in Bundesliga and 16 Champions League before this season.

Plenty to seperate!

@benbbaldwin I think often it's to make clear that you'll have to do more of the end to end process than you would do in lots of other industries, due to the usual small size of the teams.
