@tomhfh Well let’s see why @tomhfh
Since 1970/71, the government has had a surplus (spent less than it received in revenues) in only five years. The last budget surplus was in 2000/01, when @UKLabour was in government
It means the deficit has only grown with @Conservatives in power.
@implausibleblog Respect to @bbcnickrobinson for this.
I've spent years complaining about BBC (and other) journalists who have been complicit in the trashing of the UK - and wanting them to be more like Victoria Derbyshire and Krishnan Guru-Murthy.
This interview is bang on the money.
Warning ⚠️
If you see this video DO NOT share or 'like' it as Sir Fabricant does not want to be ridiculed. He is working VERY hard to support pubs and is DEFINITELY not putting his drinks on campaign expenses.
Again, do NOT 'like' and share this post.
I've been thinking about how we can rebuild a conversation where folks can disagree without hating each other, and have a constructive debate that leads to collective action. It’s not easy, but this article highlights some groups that are making progress.

@KEdge23 Lol.. so what you’re saying is @Conservatives can’t win..
God let’s hope it’s true.
Chance that Reform will be the opposition party now. Ironically @Conservatives made this happen. You created this 21st century Nazi party ..
Don’t worry we’ll sort out your mess.
