@bt_uk so disappointed with the my mothers broadband renewal phone call today. They have “vulnerable “ marked on their account as they use to have a careline that has been removed.. however they can’t move to EE broadband for £24.99 instead it is £44.00 .. very bad service
@easyJet been trying to get hold of you with regards to a bereavement flight booking.. sent 2 online forms without any acknowledgment.. any help you can offer!!
