And just because restaurants/cinemas are opening by July that doesn't necessarily mean you can see family as they can queue at distance at these places and sit at distance

@BorisJohnson most people aren't bothered about a cinema or restaurant reopening. That takes us up to July and you've not mentioned seeing family/friends.
