“For unto us a child is born…”
A reminder that hope arrived in the world for all people.
This Christmas Eve, may we share that hope with those who have so little.
Your kindness brings peace to someone in need.
We’re at Leeds Train Station all day today!
Our fundraising team is out in force collecting for St. George’s Crypt — supporting people facing homelessness across Leeds.
If you’re passing, please give what you can.

Sunday 5th October is Homeless Sunday, which is a Sunday dedicated by Housing Justice to focus on those living with homelessness. As in previous years the Crypt, Lighthouse and Unity in Poverty Action collaborate to lead a service here at the Crypt at 12pm https://t.co/zsAwmvq2yJ
Once a month, our clients get the chance to team up with Printed by us ! They roll up their sleeves, get creative, and help make some seriously cool prints and the best part? These prints are sold to the public, with 100% of the profits coming straight back to support the Crypt
Jacob has completed his #challenge for @CryptLeeds. He managed more than 99 miles - a trip back to the charity he was doing it for today. Receiving an unexpected medal @chrisfields1930. Followed up by an interview this evening @LeedsNews!! Please still give if you can....
If you are able to buy multiple packs of bottled water (500 ml) and take them to St George’s Crypt, LS1 3BR or St Anne’s Resource Centre, 66 York Street, LS9 8AA these can then be given to the homeless on request. @CryptLeeds@SimonHodgsonLCC@jonswales77@chrisfields1930
@takebackwater simply tell the hungry and greedy shareholders there will be fewer returns and the surplus will be invested in new infrastructure including reservoirs. Or partner with electricity companies and build hydro electric .
Cake and Creativity takes place every Monday after lunch service in the café. It’s a welcoming space to express yourself creatively while enjoying a delicious slice of cake! 🍰💚
After facing a series of unfortunate events, John experienced homelessness. When his landlord raised the rent, he could no longer afford his shared accommodation and was forced to move out. https://t.co/mbr17dLxSA
Can you help brighten someone's day this upcoming Easter? Find it your hearts to provide an Easter Egg for one of our clients, it would be extremely appreciated. Donate an egg by dropping it to St. George's Crypt, or one of our charity shops. Put a smile on someone's face! 🥚🐣
Six degrees of separation…it’s the wonderful theory that we are all linked in six steps or less... ✝️👏
