What an unbelievable night at The Garden! It’s hard to even explain the feeling in that building. Two unbelievable teams, high-level competitors and a building pulsing with emotion and passion.
It was so great to see Karl, De’Aaron and Keldon, as well as two of my other great big guys - Marcus Camby and Dakari Johnson!
I am so happy for my friends Leon Rose and William Wesley and the staff in New York for what they have built.
I got to spend some time with all the Knicks Alums, Adam Sandler, Chris Rock but I was too nervous to introduce myself to Taylor Swift! LOL!
Watching those two teams, with their guards showing incredible fight, focused on winning and and MAKING OTHERS BETTER, I couldn’t help but think about two guards in this upcoming draft who do the same things. Darius Acuff and Meleek Thomas along with Trevon Brazile are going to make a couple of franchises very happy!!
CANT WAIT TO START COACHING MY TEAM!!!!
Now back to recruiting!!
@PLAUDAI Your delivery partner https://t.co/XIjHRBhm1J is a joke. Advertised 2–3 day delivery → now 8 days, and tracking went from “out for delivery” to “delay in transit.” If SpeedX can’t deliver, stop advertising 2–3 days.
Please escalate with SpeedX. This package hit my area, went “out for delivery,” then flipped to “delay in transit.” That’s not normal. Advertised 2–3 day delivery—I’m on day 8. Order ####7370.
@onepay is a scam. I have both a OnePay Cash debit card and a OnePay CashRewards Card but I cannot log onto the OnePay app and OnePay Customer Service is a complete joke - I have contacted them several times over the last several months and they are unable to help me to help.
On Hats, Haircuts, and Tattoos
I think about decisions in three ways: hats, haircuts, and tattoos.
Most decisions are like hats. Try one and if you don't like it, put it back and try another. The cost of a mistake is low, so move quickly and try a bunch of hats.
Some decisions are like haircuts. You can fix a bad one, but it won't be quick and you might feel foolish for awhile. That said, don't be scared of a bad haircut. Trying something new is usually a risk worth taking. If it doesn't work out, by this time next year you will have moved on and so will everyone else.
A few decisions are like tattoos. Once you make them, you have to live with them. Some mistakes are irreversible. Maybe you’ll move on for a moment, but then you'll glance in the mirror and be reminded of that choice all over again. Even years later, the decision leaves a mark. When you're dealing with an irreversible choice, move slowly and think carefully.

(Hat tip to @tferriss, who once compared making decisions to choosing a sweater, which sent me down this line of thinking.)
Poor oral health, specifically gum disease and tooth loss, correlates with rapid brain decay in the memory-associated hippocampus.
For people with severe gum disease the increase in brain shrinkage due to one more tooth was equivalent to 1.3 years of brain aging.
