@McDonaldsUK your app has a handy chat which offers all manner of options apart from the ability to make a complaint! I’m annoyed that I’ve built up lots of loyalty points and you just delete them after a few months. Why? Surely loyalty is about building up rewards over time

Terrible customer service from @Gumtree who have deleted my property rental advert 6 times without giving any reasons, sent standard unhelpful responses when I contact them and don't even allow you to view the deleted ads so I have had to start again writing it....
2/2 @Gumtree I'm not a letting agent, but I just tried paying £11.99 as an Agent and they have still 'Removed' my ad automatically and I don't even know if I will still be charged the fee. Oh and when you try to open a different account they log you back in to your old one!
Terrible customer service @Tractive I've sent 3 messages through the website. No reply or acknowledgment. Their GPS tracker doesn't actually receive a GPS signal - I'm pretty sure there are GPS satellites in the sky above MK. Also, you cant test it without a paid subscription.
