Why doesn’t every constituent have a living database entry on items they’d like their representatives to address? You could even weight data points, scan comment fields for similarities, and identify outliers. Same PII as anything else, and optional.

@Daley_Kong Publishers sign agreements with major retailers to set MSRP for physical and digital, as to not cannibalize physical sales which are still really important. Lowering an MSRP affects all retailers (unlike a temporary sale).
