Unfortunately the only way to get @OctopusEnergy to respond to you is to take to @X to tell everyone how bad their customer services is. So here I am, back again trying to get my nearly 4 month old problem resolved.
Had to listen to another advert for @OctopusEnergy telling us how great their customer service is. Here I am nearly 12 weeks after raising an issue and getting nowhere with a fix or a response. Woeful.
