@virginmedia I have been waiting twelve days for a reply to my complaint, now I have a complaint about my complaint so if you could respond that would be great. I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes already today explaining again to someone else about the situation! Very poor

@virginmedia No, have you got another number as this is the number I rang yesterday and I’m fed up of explaining the issues to several people before I get through to complaints. To only get cut off when being transferred. There must be an easier way to speak to someone

@virginmedia It’s so much easier to talk to someone instead of going back and forth via messages if you could call that would be great. But I’m not holding my breath otherwise I would die waiting.

@virginmedia It was an internet speed upgrade last year. When it was sold to me it wasn’t explained that it would be a new 18 month contract neither was the price of the package told to me once the discount had ended.

@virginmedia You may think so but apparently my complaint has been closed. I was also on a call for an hour tonight only to be disconnected whilst being transferred between teams. I’m absolutely worn out by your total incompetence.
