@FlySwoop @mmbrendan I would disagree with that statement. You definitely are not setting a high standard, but only standarda are delays, cancellations and lost baggage.
@angelaarkwell@FlySwoop Yeah looked exactly like Montego Bay yesterday.. When a few attendants came out to tell us all to leave, that the airline gave them no information, no vouchers to hand out like WestJet was doing next door.. You really got to see what these guys are about!
@billcs@FlySwoop You can try! Takes hours for them to get back to you. WestJet calls you back by phone in 30 mins and solves your problems.. Not this airline!
@FlySwoop DO NOT book with this airline. They will strand you for a week at your destination, and offer nothing but canned email responses hours apart. No vouchers to help you out and even when a repatriation flight is offered by parent WestJet, can't make a phone call for you!
