@RedfillProd@infinitisirrena@Saihtamen Yeah good way of putting it. They don't influence each other, but they are setup in parallel to each other, so they act the same, minus the extra thing you need.
@infinitisirrena I didn't even look closely at your network yet sorry, but maybe you'll need to have a secondary chain to carry the mid control.
(I like Control Rig in UE a lot because it's easy to make layered stuff without running into cycles, since it is more linear instead of a DAG.)
@marinwaves@JaschaWoh@mGear_Framework Mostly yeah. There are times when you want to parent or connect to custom nodes or bones in a component, and occasionally it requires a post Python script, or cloning the component to a custom version.

@caitcadieux Same!! Side note: I always liked how in "End of Eternity" Isaac Asimov called it the 20.23rd Centicentury (2023). The novel traverses large spans of time.

@tferriss@remarkablepaper@Procreate Yes I do. The pencil is nice and the brush feels like doodling with a sharpie marker. And now with infinite scroll it’s great to not run out of room. Then send to a computer or Procreate to finish. (But lately I’ve been swinging back to using a brush pen in a real sketchbook.)
@duncan_rudd@infinitisirrena My cheap Maya way: Big nurbs plane in a lattice, pin a joint per feather. A nurbs strip along edge of wing skins a nice arc for the lattice. Local rots per feather to fix any clipping. Smooth and quick, but def not procedural or powerful! (Final result is only skinCluster.)
