Do not deal with @TMobile if you can help it at all. 7 months after cancelling our home internet, the charges will not stop coming. Currently wasting my time on the phone with them, again.

@TMobile We dropped cell service because you shut down Sprint towers. We dropped home internet because HSIA came to our area in June. I am continuing to deal with nonsense fees and collection letters, all because of mistakes on TMobile's end. I will not be back, ever.

@AmazonHelp There is no Staples location anywhere near me. It is wildly unacceptable for that to be the only return option at no additional costs. Returns are a necessary part of doing business. Making customers jump through hoops like this is crazy. Let us print our own labels.

@Castrol @amazon The listing shows this product good for Chrysler/ATF+4. That part of the labeling is completely missing on the gallon jug that arrived today. So, is it good for that application, or not? According the bottle that showed up, it isn't.

@amazon Please, explain to me why it's cheaper to return something to the UPS store, where they'll box/tape it up, and print a label. But it's $6.99 to print my own label and drop it off at a pickup location in my own box? Free returns? Not so much if it's an hour round trip.

@amazon We live in the country. Lately, the only return options offered are Staples or the UPS Store. We live nowhere near either. We just want to print a UPS label, and drop it off at our local CVS, as we've always done. Please don't make returns harder than necessary. Thanks.
