Hayden Howell wins the Cache Valley Amateur by 2 strokes over Ryan Seamons. Howell, who will be a senior at Sky View this upcoming year, carded a 5-under-par 67 Saturday at Birch Creek Golf Course to surge ahead and win the two-day tournament, 136-138.
