Knowing your values is like a cheat code for life.
Every decision can be weighed against what matters most to you.
Getting the facts may still be hard, but deciding is made easy.
Early days it’s incredibly hard to know which effort will produce results. Prioritize as best you can, experiment, double down on what works, then keep experimenting.
A very small amount of your relative effort will generate an outsized amount of your success.
When you take time to zoom out and figure out what that is, you can do much more much faster.
@SteveTimoney My process:
I defined where I want to be in 5 years for business, fitness, relationships.
Then created memorable statements for each of those areas.
First thing in the morning I write down each statement and list 1 to 3 specific & actionable things against each 5-year outcome.
@jspujji What are my 5 year outcomes for business, health, relationships?
What are the 1 - 3 actionable things I'm going to do against each today?
Even something small is a move in the direction you want to go.
@Nicolascole77 Do you have any examples?
I find there's a point of diminishing returns. Sometimes it's quicker to do it yourself in the time it takes to do the 10+ prompts.
