@danielraffel I’ve been fortunate to have positive experiences with 98% of my Airbnbs (and I’ve stayed in ~150). As a host it was a bit more hit or miss. I do agree the whole services and experiences thing is wholly unnecessary.

@migurski Whetstone is the best overall but have to get stones, learn technique, etc. Hida tool (Berkeley) has some very good stones. Otherwise the electric ChefsChoice are very good. Serrated / Scalloped blades should go to a pro or the manufacturer. Too easy to screw up :)
