@Lowes disappointment is met with your chat and phone agents on an order you sent the wrong thing for. I now have to take extra time out of my day to go to the store to get the right thing when I used your delivery because I needed it. You sent the wrong item, point blank. Help!

@FedExHelp can I give feedback on a driver, who seemed to be mumbling something when dropping off a package and then looked at my doorbell and continued saying something when he saw there was an outbound they could pickup. I can’t understand what he was saying but it sounded off.

@Avis I’m struggling getting some help on an issue. I reserved for pickup at ATL today at 11:30. On my layover, I got an app message to pick my car so it is ready when I get there. I did so, but it says I picked up early and charged extra. I haven’t picked up yet…

@CarnivalCruise In the situation I mentioned, the crew physically blocked the stairway to get to the room to drop them. What do I do in that case? it’s the main draw to FTTF for us.

@TMobileHelp So I've tried Metronet support, but they still cant figure it out... Since it carries the T-Mobile name -- figured you'd be able to help... My T-Fiber was installed about a month and a half ago -- fine for 2 weeks, now get 10-18% of the download speeds... HELP?

@TMobileHelp Looking into Metronet -- but cant find out if Static IPs are available or if you use CGNAT to obfuscate your public IPs. I have centurylink now and they have ipv4 public addresses, but just got a postcard from Metronet and am intrigued if that is an option with y'all too.

@VerizonSupport Its kind of insane that asking for chat support online gets you scolded for not responding fast enough, then they leave you on read for 12+ hours. All I am asking is how the service at my house and in my neighborhood can get better -- multi devices/trblshting done
