@MustBeMistry I think that we should also recognise that existing ways of doing work must be enhanced.
A good example is the work NHS blood and transplant have done in using hand held bespoke designed devices to control the flow of patients through a donor session.
While this story makes a compelling headline, it illustrates a serious problem in grasping an important point.
Good estimates suggest that 12hr waits in A&E kill 2k patients every month. But that statistic has less impact than a single story...
