@WishfulCali @OCFireAuthority It’s not. They know they screwed up. Dry brush and fairly typical weather for a spring day does not excuse $X00mm’s in damage because you didn’t have your crews in the right place 2+ hours into a brush fire. Those houses should’ve been wet.
