@Uber_Support all I see is the same complaints but also the same automated response from uber and nothing being resolved re complaints as I don't actualy see anyone confirming complaint was fulfilled!

@Uber_Support As said in the dm's I had already contacted mcdonalds but mcdonalds were not at fault.
This was an uber fault so please don't ask me to contact mcdonalds again then ask me to rate your customer service.
