@nationalgriduk We have a live cable down in the bridle path near our house - TR209JB. Reported this morning but your website says there are no power cuts in our area. At least three of us have only a low voltage supply. Can’t call as I have a digital phone line.

@GWRHelp Husband travelling to London has just been dumped off rail replacement bus at Tiverton. No staff on hand to explain what’s happening and next train not until 19.30. Total lack of communication.

@wpduk Some joined up thinking might help. Second team just arrived here but didn’t know others had been yesterday. Still no power. Elderly neighbours on bore hole have no water.

@wpduk Intermittent power & low voltage in TR20 9JB since Friday afternoon. Not enough to power boiler, water or septic tank pumps. Told it would be restored by 6pm yesterday now saying 11.30pm today. Any update?

Could @bt_uk get any worse? No internet for a week and I’ve just been told the engineer appointment booked for tomorrow had been cancelled for no reason.

@bt_uk Reported on Monday. Engineer failed to fix today. Next appointment Tuesday. Guests arriving in our holiday cottages for half term will be very disappointed.
