@queensofbravo Tamra is unbelievably mean and it is NOT fun to watch her bully Shannon to have a story line and try to be relevant. She should never have been brought back.
@AlaskaAir Btw, Trinese (sp) whom I spoke with on the phone at Central Baggage is the ONLY one who has apologized to me on behalf of Alaska in the 12+ hours I have been stuck at this airport - with no sleep and no help. You need to teach your staff empathy and service recovery.
@AlaskaAir The baggage claim supervisor who worked overnight on 4/22-4/23 needs to be retrained in customer service! Alaska had already let a lot of us down with so many flight cancellations. To now not be able to tell us where our bags are or when we will get them and be RUDE?ππ½
@AlaskaAir No, I still have no info about where by luggage is. I called Central Baggage and they said it should be here in Seattle but Baggage here in Seattle said they donβt have a record of it! Very poor show!
@AlaskaAir This is the most terrible handling of cancellations I have ever seen. No information, inadequate staff at 2am, some of whom have shut down their computers with long lines in front of them and said they had to go home! Lots of us who wonβt be flying Alaska again!
@AlaskaAir Why did you board us if you didnβt know where our pilot was!!! We have been waiting for almost 3 hours for this flight, with minimal information. Now boarded and sitting a hot aircraft only to be told that we donβt have a pilot! Poor way to treat your customers!
