@BlizzardCSEU_EN Oh it's 100% not an issue on my end. I ran a traceroute to two different ams1 server IPs (for context I'm in London); one gained 200ms on the first hop that hit a Blizzard server IP and the other routed my traffic via LG servers located in Korea. Plenty of others reporting too.

Another year, another appalling experience with @virginmedia customer service. The most basic request always ends up in being bounced between departments, being sold something you didn’t ask for and then being hung up on just when a solution might be in sight!
