@andy_deodara @BobMurphyEcon It will take off. At first blush, I thought it wouldn't because I analogized to a car and assumed it would be in an inertial frame wrt the air. That's not correct because the engines/propeller will push the plane through the air regardless of what the wheels are doing.

@KBoerder @srsupp I would certainly be more inclined to review if there was a clear benefit to me. A good review takes a lot of time and effort and reviewing certainly is not something I'm expected to do in my day job, so reviews take away time from other things in my free time.
