@hjluks I gave it full dedication after the first ops. However a year later was hit with necrosis in the ball so had to have a full hip replacement last winter and since then it's been a struggle. Haven't got back on it at all. But your tweets give me motivation to get back so thanks 🙏

@hjluks So true @hjluks One year in from second surgery on femur and hip and it ain't going that well. Had a bike accident 3 years ago broke the femur and neck of the hip joint. Had it pinned and screwed and after 4 months of none weight bearing I made a full recovery in VO2 & Power No.
