@Exotichikes Totally get it man. I’m glad those are the experiences you had as a visitor. Means that we did a good job, despite short staffs in managing the incidents and congested areas. The other metric we use is numbers of incidents in LE, fire, EMS and SAR. Those #’s are on par or up.
