@_LimeAID For awareness, your support team were utterly useless - total of the suggestion was:
Restart the app;
Turn off and turn on data;
Log out of the app and back in;
Update the app version.
They then closed the ticket (15571394) as resolved.
So neither you nor they serve any purpose.
