I am delighted to share today that thanks to the work of colleagues @AACE_org the criteria for receipt of the Ambulance Service (Emergency Duties) Long Service and Good Conduct medal has been extended to include colleagues in contact centres/control rooms. Service claps will also now be available to recognise 30 and 40 years of service too.

Iโve been successful in my application for Duty Officer starting in January. Looking forward to the Training and learning. Ops commanders course and much much more. Moving back to sharston after a great 6 years in the Tameside group.
Remembering PC Nicola Hughes and PC Fiona Bone, of Greater Manchester Police, who were murdered on duty on this day in 2012. Our heroes. We will never forget them.
