I thought I could build my brand on LinkedIn and X at the same time
While having a 9-5 job.
Guess I was wrong.
The level of focus needed is just nuts.
There is a reason why people suggest building one platform and leveraging that.
You are on your own.
You can ask for help.
You can ask for coaching.
You can ask for guidance.
But at the end of the day, you have to do it.
No one is gonna come and do it for you.
The sooner you realize that, the faster your mind will shift from thinking to doing.
Note to self:
Sometimes hitting the rock bottom is the best thing that can happen to your life.
But you can only get the most of it by adopting the right mindset.
These are the reasons why I feel like shit:
I know:
- What I have to do
- I don't put enough effort
- I don't do what is required
- I put things off until tomorrow
And it all goes away the minute I choose to act on it.
The only cons of being on this side of X is:
We have already seen what's possible.
We cannot go back.
The "what if I kept going" will cripple the rest of your life otherwise.
That can also be an advantage.
Consistency alone won't get you far.
It's a requirement but not a guarantee for success.
The ability to learn from feedbacks is more important than volume.
