@PLDT_Cares It’s like your company is deliberately avoiding customers who want to report issues. Puro IVR lang nakakausap. Bibigyan ka ng ticket pero wala naman mangyayari. Ni walang nag reach out para mag update. It’s been more than 24hrs nung nag report ako. Yung issue 2 days na.

@PLDT_Cares Two days na walang connection tong internet, nag report na ko ng issue kahapon pero wala pa din update. Pag mag-disconnect kayo ng connection kasi di nag bayad ambibilis nyo. Pag kayo yung may problema, ang kupad nyo.
