@AlexOwensNYC @AlexEdelman This happened to my family as well. While getting my dual citizenship, I found his OG passenger records and relized the spelling was different than his brothers who came over. I was then able to locate many more people with my last name both in the US and Italy.

@AlexEdelman This is confusing to me because while getting my Italian dual citizenship years ago, I found that my great grandfather and his brother who came over (different years) have two different spellings of our last name on their passenger records from EI.

Her argument will likely be that the school knew what was going on at that house (which they own) and did nothing, ultimately leading to the “assault”.

@FriendlyNgbor @uubzu Exactly. There’s no shot this makes it to trail as an assault case, she’s already proven to have given unreliable information in that regard. However, suing the school for negligence and turning a blind eye to drug use at that fraternity will get her a settlement quick.
