“Often with #chronicillness we’re forced to do nothing as our health limits us—particularly in a flare. What if we gave ourselves permission to do nothing? Sometimes #selfcare with illness is letting go of the guilt we feel when we’re unable to do things.” https://t.co/XOjbxbwM2D

For 1st time in Medicine the experiment by CDC the forced limitation of pain medicine has failed miserably w great pain & even death. Imagine being in so much pain rather than just getting a prescription for a medicine that takes your pain away you have to take your life away
If you could only choose one activity today, which would you choose?:
A. Household chores
B. Something you've wanted to do for a while
This is the decision chronically ill folks make daily, because doing both could put us in the ER.
This is why our homes are generally messy.
If you’re still wearing a mask, washing your hands, and staying away from people, please share this because sometimes people try to make me feel like I’m overreacting.
