more than anything else, i'll keep walking and set my eyes on what lies ahead. so here i am sayin, let it hurt. let it bleed. there's more than this suffering, and it's never selfish to just focus on trying to save yourself a little. keep the faith.
#WorldSuicidePreventionDay
recollecting the first time i joined the Mental Health PH's #UsapTayo campaign, i actually questioned myself if i am fit to this kind of platforms. i was seen weak during my downfalls; disappointment during my failures.
#WorldSuicidePreventionDay
attempted thrice of ending everything, i looked for reasons to stay. and i found hope with all the uncertainties i've been through with. i live. i risk. i love. i write.

I am not that really certain on how I would perceive mental health on 2022. But what I know for sure is, I'll still get tired, get mad, and get failed at some point in life but it's human to pick myself up, still enjoy li'l things, and keep trying.
#MentalHealthPH#UsapTayo
All mental health issues are relevant. We all matter. We may share the same basic human emotions and encounter different battles but we're all in this together.
Mapapagod. Magpapahinga. Magpapatuloy.

First half of this year, I had suicide ideations, restless days, and sleepless nights.
But when I started joining in Mental Health PH, got a good job at Regional Wage Board, did catch up with my friends, and had a good rel with God & my mum, I realized I still lived a good life.
