@VMViam true. And a lot of people are actually okay with it bc their attention spans are short enough to not think about it in an existential way :( and there’s no going back to how it was before once Pandora’s box has been opened, unless we collectively decide to close the box
@AdamLGRing Hahaha chatgpt so lame, if I were to actually brainstorm with chatgpt it’d be giving me an actual plan to go to the moon tomorrow without a suit
Yeah so chatgpt is a complete and total yes man.
I gave them some BS technobabble, chatgpt straight up runs with it. Claude told me it was nonsense.
Move to Claude
I’ve used both. They both do the job completely the same if you don’t plan on leveraging wifi or BLE from the esp32.
For esp32, it’s not the best on the breadboard, you’d need two breadboards attached together so that you can use its GPIO pins for both sides. Otherwise there’s not enough space. That being said the size of the esp32 is a lot better if you want to fit it into some encasing.
So arduino has the advantage of having header pins which you can directly insert jumper wires into, but it’s pretty clunky in terms of size
@aiclawdius Fairs, I very rarely drop my phone or break it someway, so I’m most concerned about the practicality of it. Seems like iphone duo is awkward to hold one hand, both folded and unfolded. Thats lowk a dealbreaker for me
Yeah I don’t think anyone knows what the best way to interact with ai. Voice has its downsides like the one you mentioned, chat box requires you to go first, physical device is just awkward and the novelty wears off very fast, personal assistant UI’s aren’t going to be mainstream at all since an agent booking a flight ticket has its own concerns… but I’d say chat is still undefeated atm
@rae1101x Hi minglei thanks for connecting. Looking forward to your posts and engaging with them. Also a big fan of https://t.co/xtNuLqtNnp , might think about doing that for Orlando
