Anyone ever have @wonderskin steal from them too? Have you returned your items, only to be told by wonder Skin that they did not receive your items? Even though you have an email from their customer service representative, and proof of signature that the items were delivered.
Returned $56 worth of products back to Wakin in September 2024 I am still fighting them to get my money even though their items were received @wonderskin

Holding your money for 120 days when both the bank and the merchant has advised to close the case, isn’t that like a Ponzi scheme ?
@PayPal wants me to wait until 2025 to get my refund back because their “back office “can’t close the case, even though they have a letter from a financial institution and they spoke with a financial institution to advise the claim has been closed😳
@PayPal has the right to hold your money for 120 days when disputing a charge. 120 days! So it doesn’t matter if the merchant has says, they received the product, it doesn’t matter that your financial institution, has advised the claim is closed, PayPal will still hold your $$$
@PayPal “Backoffice”, has received a letter from Chase Bank advising the claim is closed. A conference call between Chase Bank and your “ back office” took place 30 days ago to confirm with a representative the claim was closed, but PayPal can’t give me my money back?
