Look at the map:
1) Karnataka’s economy is heavily concentrated around Bengaluru.
2) Telangana’s economy is heavily concentrated around Hyderabad.
3) Tamil Nadu looks different

Chennai is important, but the economy does not stop there.

Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Hosur, Salem, Trichy, Madurai, Thoothukudi and several other districts are all contributing as separate economic engines.

That is Tamil Nadu’s real strength - growth is distributed, not concentrated in one city.
