@Nespresso spoke to Philip in Ireland who spoke to his boss Jamie! Issue with a faulty touch travel mug, AGAIN! Nespresso wonโt replace! So much for sustainability and recycling. Unable to make a complaint in writing either! Shambles
@Nespresso@NespressoUK why harp on about sustainability/recycling etc then dont allow me to buy a replacement lid for a touch travel mug? Getting told to buy a new steel cup cos a bit of plastic snapped on my lid!?
@mlcoolj2 I moved from O2 to 3 last month. Had to use my O2 sim for a couple of days till 3 transferred number over. 3 sim had no signal till it went through. Requested move on the Thursday and 3 said would be done by Tuesday the following week, transferred on the Monday.
