This guy has to be one of the biggest clowns in American history. Every phone, at best beginning with any device manufactured so you could not remove the battery, compromises your information and allows constant microphone, and video monitoring. Even if you turn off the Internet, cellular service, and all other tracking applications, you can still watch yourself be tracked on maps. PRISM shows us how safe your data isn’t. You can also use a cell phone to hack a vehicle, what do you think people can do to your cell phone?

But more to the point, every time you update your phone, or any device, it’s designed to limit the power of the battery and make the phone less operable over time. Apple knew that for years and never informed the customer. They were sued multiple times over it. Years ago.

I’ve used less than half a dozen phones in 18 years. I never update them until they cease to function otherwise. At that point I’d get a new one, but really the next model up which is a decade behind.

The fact that some lying clown douche bag with a podcast, and an influencer bro, who somehow got a job at the FBI to do the right thing and then quit after doing almost nothing, is telling you to update your software because he’s seen the other side of security issues, is just another example of what a total joke social media and government is. If anything, I wouldn’t update my phone now, even if I had before, because I wouldn’t trust this guy to tell me the time of day. Based on what these devices can do, he’s quite literally telling you to download the new official spy software.
