Freshman, Roman Schrader ROLLS a 1:54.20 in Boston over 800M! Roman’s HS outdoor PR was 1:58.70! Keep an eye on this young man, he just keeps getting faster by sizable amounts! Roman ran 4:35.7 in HS for 1,600m, but ran 4:24.6 to open the indoor season 2-weeks ago. #RollWave 🌊

@GreenWaveXCTF produces 3️⃣ 800m PRs tonight in Lexington! @xcsophiacc doubled back from the DMR to a gusty 800M performance, finishing 2nd overall. Back home in the bluegrass state, @reeseragland22 places 5th with a 3” PR. Miss Bre Kirsch rolled a new PR as well! #RunWave 🌊

Mother—

In commemoration of achieving the single battle ground movement record, my brothers-in-arms gifted a still-framed photograph.

I had mounted my loyal Shotgun upon the shores of Chicago against the Miami Pescatarians.

Winter is coming for the Northern seats of power.

Life isn’t fair. Everyone fails. Everyone falls. Things don’t always go your way & life doesn’t hand out participation awards. But it does give you opportunities to keep going until you get it right. Don’t whine or complain. Don’t give up. Just get back up & keep getting back up!

I have awaited the existence of an able-bodied ballistics' retriever for the infantry.

Together, we shall rejuvenate the Lombardi Conquest and ensure the demise of Pvt. Rodgers and the Dairy Platoon.

We are but a musket barrell and a bayonet in unison.

4 WAYS TO LEAD THROUGH CHALLENGES AND CHANGE

We will always face challenges and change and positive leaders always find a way forward. They don’t let the circumstance define them. They lead in such a way to overcome the circumstance.

[Sports Psychology @SportPsychTips]

If you work hard for your players, your players will work hard for you.

If you treat your players with respect, your players will respect you back.

If you practice what you preach and lead by example, your players will follow you.

[Adrian A. Myers @RunAdrianMyers]

I cannot express how proud I am of the growth in @GreenWaveXCTF ! From a “we will not finish last” speech, to today contending towards a Top-3 finish in a tough league. This happened in 1-year! We are here, and not going anywhere. #RollWave #BuildingChampions #BuildingTradition

[Sports Psychology @SportPsychTips]

You can either be scared of competition, or you can embrace it. The best athletes embrace competition because they know it brings out the best in them.

[Jon Gordon @JonGordon11]

When you are grateful for the things in your life, big and small, you always seem to find more things to be grateful about.

When we live this way we become a gratitude magnet and experience more joy, love, peace, and happiness.

It’s a choice. Blessed vs Stressed.

Hard work pays off! Another week spent in the polls!
