@WestMidRailway who is responsible for for the Park and Ride car park in Longbridge? The stairwell is disgusting, dirty, smelly and clearly being used for drug taking. Used it yesterday and wished I had walked down the car ramp instead.

@TUIUK Issue with hotel whilst on holiday, lost a day due to room flooding and mould, new room didn’t have good A/C or a phone. My wife submitted a complaint and was told no refund/compensation and as a solution to check your website for discounts on next holiday. Unacceptable

@sainsburys do you have issues with people stealing chains/pucks in your Worcester Blackpole location? Have to go back to the store to put my trolley back as your trolley parks have nothing in them to release my trolley coin! Inconvenient with a little one!

@WestMidRailway why does the 8:05 from DTW keep being a 3 carriage service instead of 4? Got to be the busiest one of the morning. Hard to see the logic. Meanwhile I bet the Camp Hill train has 4 carriages to carry about 3 people.

Hey @WestMidRailway the 16:50 from BHM yesterday was the worst train ride in a long time. Only 2 carriages on a popular service, which led to overcrowding. Some people could not get on. Made it worse that the driver seemed to keep randomly braking, throwing everyone around

@TransportForWM I’m not able to call today. I tried calling last week, on my lunch break, waited on hold for 25 minutes, line disconnected as the agent answered the phone, called back and waited another 20 minutes before I had to go back to work.
