Some lessons come at you in the name of severe illness, swollen testicles, a penis full of ulcers, and a hospital bill you can't afford.
This is when you will learn a painful lesson.
But for now, you are making fun thinking Amerix is a content creator.
CHANGE or PERISH.
Tourism in Laikipia has been affected after hotels reported cancellations linked to fears over a proposed Ebola quarantine facility in the area.
The county says it was not consulted on the project, which is now the subject of a court case.
1. No. of Kenyans killed in Nanyuki Ebola protests: 3
2. No. of Kenyans killed by Ebola: 0
3. No. of Americans killed by Ebola: 0
Ruto has now killed more Kenyans on Kenyan soil than Ebola has
Dear @USEmbassyKenya, are you happy that your Ebola facility is costing Kenyan lives?
What an absolute disgrace. A FIFA-certified referee being denied entry to the United States purely because he is Somali.
The World Cup is meant to bring people together. This is racism, plain and simple. Shameful.

You people think someone wakes up and pays millions to buy useless data with no personal information? Data has value because it can tell them who you are, where you are, what you do, what you buy, what you fear, what you like and how to target you. Hiyo story ya “it will be anonymized” is just perfume on theft.
Breaking: President William Ruto spent 156 days outside Kenya during his first 1,000 days in office.
That's nearly 1 out of every 6 days spent outside Kenya.
This year alone, he has reportedly made more than 17 foreign trips on private jets, often while Kenya was grappling with major challenges at home.
Meanwhile, students are getting peanuts in capitation. Some hospitals face medicine shortages. Some children still study under trees. Millions are struggling with the high cost of living.
They say power and money reveal a person's true character.
There is a Swahili proverb: "Maskini akipata ...."
The more I watch the endless travel, the private jets, the foreign tours, and the photo opportunities, the more I find myself thinking about that proverb.
This is unfortunate because there are many presidents from humble backgrounds who have ended up transforming their countries.
But also, I remember how Uhuru Kenyatta used to call Ruto's camp "Tanga Tanga."
At the time, many dismissed it as political rhetoric.
Today, looking at 156 days abroad in just 1,000 days, some might argue he saw something the rest of us didn't.
Perhaps he was describing more than a political movement.
Perhaps he was describing Kasongo himself.
Before anyone misunderstands me, this isn't about poverty. Many leaders have come from humble backgrounds and remained grounded. This is about power, priorities, and whether those in power remember the people who put them there.
And the president has proven that it was never about Kenyans but himself.
Men,
✌️
It is a wrap.
LESSON of the day:
The woman you choose will influence your finances, your children, your peace, your reputation, your health, and your future.
Choose carefully.
#MasculinitySaturday
Men,
A woman who repeatedly disrespects you in private,
Will eventually humiliate you in public.
What you keep tolerating because you want "peace,"
Will become your nightmare tomorrow.
Don't entertain mockery, sarcasm, or insults,
CHANGE or PERISH

Functionally illiterate "experts" tell patients with hypertension,
"Don't eat salt, your blood pressure will worsen."
Then will go ahead and advise them to drink Ribena, Lucozade, Fruit juices and Energy drinks.
"Yes, drink them to get more energy and more blood," they say.
Unfortunately, the blood pressure remains chronically high, and in the end, diabetes joins hypertension in terrorising the patients.
What will the "experts" do?
They will give these patients more pills, send them for more tests and more hospital visits.
The patients end up broke, broken and frustrated.
Educated fools.

approach 100 girls, you’ll find a girlfriend
test 100 products, you’ll get rich off one
post 100 tweets, you’ll get a banger
life is a number game, take more shots
A woman’s worst nightmare is watching the man she left level up, get stronger, richer, sharper and end up with a better woman than her. Make that nightmare real.
When there is too much salt in your water or food that the body doesn't want, what happens?
Your tongue naturally rejects the food.
When there is excess salt in your body, what happens?
• You become thirsty,
• You drink more water,
• You urinate,
• You sweat the salt out.
But the functionally illiterate "experts" want you to believe that your body is so stupid that it has no homeostatic mechanism for eliminating the excess salt that it doesn't require.
The only thing that the body has never figured out how to eliminate is sugar.
Sugar is stored, turns into fat, clogs your arteries, and surrounds your organs as visceral fat, leading to chronic inflammation, chronic diseases and failing kidney functions.
Sugar is the enemy, not salt.
EAT SALT.
