@Hermesparcels hi driver been to collect a parcel but taken an additional parcel that was delivered TO me! Do your drivers not know what parcels they are supposed to collect? I.e. ones with a barcode on and not ones thay have been delivered for my baby?

@jlandpcustserv Your website mislead me into thinking the item was in stock so I purchased vouchers to pay for it online (for discount). Now you tell me it was never in stock and want to give me vouchers back but they're of no use now! So I'm out of pocket.

@jlandpartners do not buy anything from John Lewis. Their customer services are horrendous and are blaming covid on everything including the fact you can buy online but it might be out of stock but they'll still let you order it to get your money! Disgusting!
