@bryan_johnson Are you actually measuring the heat shock protiens? I would say that threshold is likely estimated based on the average person, whereas your body temp normal state is lower. Perhaps you don’t need to be reaching 39C internal.

There’s creatine in fish/meat. A 200g can of sardines has about 5g and would meet your daily muscular needs. If you eat lots of meat especially fish you won’t notice much change at all. If you start taking more like 10-20g a day you can experience some cognitive benefits. Which are going to be small compared to say sleeping good or cutting alcohol out.

@thegarybrecka Sauna. Cold plunge you could do in the bathtub or just a cold shower. Also more obvious and recognized benefits to sauna. Cold is generally not great for muscle recovery and reduces bloodflow. The endorphines after are nice but unsure of the long term impacts of the stress spike.
